  • Change is possible!

My name is Benjamin “Benny” Gilbert, I just got out of Federal Prison… I put the work into changing and fell in love with bettering myself. Physical fitness changed my life. Not only did it teach me discipline, hard work, determination, goal setting, compound fundamentals, and community, it taught me to truly believe in myself! I am grateful for my incarceration, and it was a part of my path to show me that I have something to give to this beautiful world instead of take! One of my best friends ... more

  • Brotherhood is the Medicine

Wow! This brotherhood has manifested so much, and wow does it come through in the depth of these interviews.

One of my favorite parts is how excited Adam Jackson gets his guests. Is just the energetic motion of where and how he hold the space is magnetic. On so many occasions you can feel how much the podcast guest is appreciating the way Jackson is navigating what they are inviting…just full engagement.

Alison Armstrong At Sacred Sons Summit | Sacred Sons Pillar Talk
Q: What is the fundamental shift you propose for transforming masculine-feminine dynamics?
Recognize that men and women operate under different paradigm assumptions, become aware of two nervous systems, and practice listening with the intention of discovering what is real for the other person, rather than defending one's own point of view.
Choosing Love with Vince Chafin, Karen Strassman & Adam Jackson | SSP 240
Q: Can I ask you the classic question, how do I know they're the one?
There isn't a single moment of certainty; there is a felt sense of willingness to forego other paths and commit to growth together, backed by a deep readiness to address red and green flags and to build a shared future.
The Rhythm in All of Us with Poranguí & Adam Jackson | SSP 235
Q: What is the intended impact of the Sacred Sons Summit in San Diego, and what role does Poranguí play?
The hosts frame the summit as an immersive, inclusive gathering for men and women to do deep inner work, with Poranguí leading through musical expression and dance as a pathway to embodiment and communal healing.
The Rhythm in All of Us with Poranguí & Adam Jackson | SSP 235
Q: How did your journey with Sacred Sons begin and evolve into the ongoing men's circles?
Adam describes how a problematic period in the music world catalyzed him to initiate a men's group, inviting peers and artists into a regular circle that has continued for years, emphasizing honesty, accountability, and collective growth.
The Rhythm in All of Us with Poranguí & Adam Jackson | SSP 235
Q: What drew you to the idea that music is a language of change and healing?
Poranguí explains that music's power lies in vibration and movement rather than the specifics of lyrics, and that flowing water serves as a metaphor for healing—movement, humility, and shared rhythm catalyze personal and collective transformation.
