What can I say? It is so good to hear speaking in Thai and explaining everything there. After 4 years of living in Thailand and moving back to the USA I keep going back to Anthony Bourdain’s opening comments about his 2014 episode with Andy Richer and the reason I moved to Thailand “ I been living my life in black and white “ I’ll continue to do that until I return to the kingdom.
I love this show! Thank you both for making this show happen. I love to hear about food, not just recipes, but also all the cultural aspects of the food.
I enjoyed this first podcast. Everyone’s favorite Thai dish, diving in deep. Both are knowledgeable and yet come from different aspects of the food business. What a great connection together. Hope to see more!
Pailin’s videos on Hot Thai Kitchen have changed my life! I really got into cooking at home during the pandemic, and I also adopted a cat during that time. I’ve followed Pailin for years with her youtube channel, website, and cookbooks. Being half-Thai 2nd gen immigrant with no family around where I live in the US, I’ve always wished for a better understanding of my family’s culture. I’m a big podcast fan and truly appreciate getting to hear these two amazing chefs and women talk about Thai food and culture!
