Ja det finns en fortsättning på den meningen… Fullproppat avsnitt med stort reportage av LG från Drammen. Szacke är i Paris och håller koll. Intervjuer med bla: Jesper Lundberg och Suldan Hassan! Ett perfekt avsnitt att ha med sig på långpasset.
Tävlingsförberedande träning, hur kommer man i form och hur lägger man upp det? Szacke är i Portugal med en hel del löpare och rapporterar från ett ganska egenbyggt disco samt vi tar pulsen på André H inför Drammen 10 k nästa helg!
LG är dock pigg och glad! Vi är också väldigt glada att få ha FK Studenternas Lorenzo Nesi med oss i podden, en man med många löparjärn i elden, minst sagt. Lyssna gärna på oss och speciellt Lorenzo! Välkomna.
