I just listened to Episode 11 about ADHD. I just recently was diagnosed and I did not realize how many issues I have dealt with all my life that were a part of that! It was so refreshing to hear other your struggles….because now I do not feel alone!
This podcast was riveting and fascinating. It is so refreshing to hear two women being so candid with their thoughts, lives and handling situations differently than others who are not burdened with ADHD and other challenges. Each of these women are very impressive; and should be very proud of themselves for sharing so openly and honestly. This is recommended listening even for people who don’t know anyone with any kind of mental illness or challenges. Keep up the great work you are doing for... more
