I’ll admit I wasn’t sure at first. Seemed a bit elite/sharp end centric and there’s no shortage of opportunities to listen the elite being interviewed elsewhere, but I’ve warmed to the variety of issues and experiences covered and it’s become a staple of my long run/hike. Thanks for the content and see you variously on the start lines of the Tour de Helvellyn and the Spine.

Not sure how I haven’t come across this podcast before. Massive podcast listener & got into the Lakeland 50 for first time next year. Stubbled across the pod for the LL50 training chat & runner interviews but Edwina, Gary & all the other content is top tier!
Need to get some more Chia Charge.
Gareth
Excellent podcast, really good presenters and interesting guests. Edwina and Gary work well together.
Also introduced me to Chia Charge bars which are delicious!
Somehow I only discovered this podcast recently and I’m absolutely loving it. Lots of top quality running content which has been genuinely helpful for me. But, it’s also really personal which makes it really enjoyable to listen to. I’m listening each week as well as catching up on the many episodes in the back catalogue. Thanks for making this!
