I binged all episodes on my work commute. I took 7 hours to run my first marathon last September for birthday number 62. I love the support for back of the backers! ❤️
I binged the entire podcast series this week as I combed the internet for content for 6-7 hour pace marathon runners. There isn’t much out there for people planning on this pace. This podcast covers so many inspiring stories from weight loss, battling cancer, or just being relatively new to running. Those featured and the host have such wonderfully encouraging stories.
