Reverse Interview Christmas Special with @crusty_notch_fox
Q: Eric, what's the backstory behind the two Dutch wings and the fiberglass shop, and how did that saga shape your view on project pacing and expectations?
The wings saga started with a customer pushing for a rare part, a Dutch wing, while the shop's priorities shifted due to other big contracts during COVID; after months of delays and a tense back-and-forth, the expected wing was reduced to one, prompting a pivot to 3D scanning for future molds and a sense of learning to adapt when a key part becomes scarce.
