Baghead (2023) with Director Alberto Corredor
Q: Do you think that there's still much that we don't know about this witch and the mythology and what happened to her?
Yes, I would have liked to have less of the story of the witch in it because it also makes it a bit more mysterious, more interesting and why, why, why?
Baghead (2023) with Director Alberto Corredor
Q: What were the films that you looked at in terms of the tone?
Seven was definitely there. It was one of the movies that I like the cinematography a lot in there. Zodiac was another one that we discussed because it has the scene in the basement that Cale and I were looking at the whole time because he has that tension too.
Baghead (2023) with Director Alberto Corredor
Q: Did you think that it was kind of like a calling card for a feature? Did you secretly hope that somebody would see not just as a director and say, wow, this guy's really got the chops, but that, hey, somebody might want to expand this out into a feature?
Honestly, yes. From the beginning, the plan was to get to a feature because I thought the character of Baghead really had the chops to become something bigger.
American Star (2024) with Gonzalo López-Gallego & José David Montero
Q: What surprised you about the critical reception?
Gonzalo expressed happiness and surprise at the warm reception, noting that the film was appreciated by critics who understood its intent.
The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024) with Author Damien Lewis
Q: Was Churchill right when he believed they should not follow the rules?
Absolutely, Churchill was entirely right. He understood this was a war that would be fought with no holds barred.
