Another stunning look by potentially award-winning broadcaster Amy Upright into such a tragic event. Her ability to distill the story into its vital elements is unparalleled
I stumbled across this podcast accidentally & am glad I did. It is hands down the best true crime podcast I’ve come across. Small town murders rarely get the attention they deserve. This was one of them.
Thank you to CBF & RNZ for shedding light on this otherwise little known crime. There are some historic crimes we should never look away from. This obviously was one, but now we’ve looked at it, & once you looked it was difficult to look away.
I’ll have to check out the Downunder with Amy Upr... more
The American host has completely missed the mark! Trying to overdramatise the story for clout & twist the words of those interviewed. Hasn’t done her research on NZ in advance for instance referencing the police with guns & them having to reply they’re not armed in NZ!
Seems completely disingenuous & lacking integrity.
Couldn’t get past the first episode when I’m sure the story could be really interesting I can’t handle the host.
Only gave it 1* because it wasn’t possible to give it less
Yeah nah, thus hid me un stutches hey bro
