I stumbled across this podcast accidentally & am glad I did. It is hands down the best true crime podcast I’ve come across. Small town murders rarely get the attention they deserve. This was one of them. more
The American host has completely missed the mark! Trying to overdramatise the story for clout & twist the words of those interviewed. Hasn’t done her research on NZ in advance for instance referencing the police with guns & them having to reply they’re not armed in NZ! more
Only gave it 1* because it wasn’t possible to give it less
Yeah nah, thus hid me un stutches hey bro
Took me a few episodes to get the angle, but soon I was roaring at Killjoy’s blend of dry and very silly. It eviscerates the sameness (and often exploitation) found in most every true crime podcast. Really enjoyed it!
