We're back and we're THRILLED to be back (and by "we" I mean me, Emily). This week, I'm getting unhinged about the teaser of Megan Fox on Call Her Daddy, and break down each of her cosmetic surgery "confessions" from the interview. I also talk about ... more
Today I’m talking about my irrational "fear" of McDonalds and fast food in general, and where it all stems from... the 2004 documentary "Super Size Me" by Morgan Spurlock. This movie rocked everyone's world. Back then, it was shocking that a man ate ... more

Love the pod and the insight you have on rejecting diet culture. However, I would love more details on maintaining a healthy body while also eating what you want when you want. I’ve drastically fluctuated in weight my whole life, right now, I’m back to a heavier size because I haven’t dieted or worked out regularly. I want to believe that rejecting diets can be a way of life. I want the explicit details of how you got to this place in your life. I was excited when you brought Andrea A on but als... more
“Statistically highly unlikely you will lose more than 10% of your body weight.” …. Then “I used to be a fat person…” don’t these contradict each other ?
Emily puts an fun and extremely relatable twist on intuition eating and recovery. Absolutely love this podcast and it has helped me immensely
I have been meaning to write a review to support the podcast I have been obsessed with 🙌🏼 I can say that every week this podcast speaks to me and what I am struggling with at the time. I feel supported in my journey to healing my relationship with my body, food, and exercise. I love that Emily is transparent in her journey which can be very personal and vulnerable. I thank her for allowing us to be apart of it! I look forward to more and more seasons to come 😎✌🏼
This podcast is EXACTLY what I didn’t know I needed in my life. Emily is thoughtful, articulate, and fun to listen to, and has on the most interesting guests that spark great discussions about body image and diet culture. For anyone who has struggled with body image or eating, this podcast is a really fun way to learn more about all the misinformation we’ve been inundated with. I always feel better after listening and it’s fully changing the way I look at the world.
