This is a somewhat entertaining podcast but the hot takes are so hypocritical. Just listened to the tradwife aesthetic episode and they came down pretty hard on tradwives for telling women how they should act- but in this discussion THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING. I’m not defending either position- we’re all allowed to have opinions. Just because every woman isn’t a fourth wave feminist, doesn’t mean their opinions are any less valid. Not hating on you being mean girls but own it lol.
I was an avid Diet Starts Tomorrow listener and was devastated when the show ended. I am so glad Emily has this podcast!! The shows are very well researched and organized. I especially loved this latest episode on aging. I’m a forever fan of Emily & Lauren
So happy to have found this podcast & looking forward to more episodes as well as listening back to old ones! Emily, you are a fantastic podcast host, both solo and when chatting with guests. I love the topics you cover and your nuanced approach. Hope to hear Lauren on more episodes - you two are such a great duo! Thanks for making this show 💕

I want to believe that rejecting diets can be a way of life. I want the explicit details of how you got to this place in your life. I was excited when you brought Andrea A on but als... more
