  • Disappointing

I’ve been a loyal listener, even paying for patreon a few times. I’ve been annoyed by their lack of research but trudged along anyways. I, like others, have expressed disappointment with their business model of cutting episodes off half way and releasing the rest on patreon. They responded to my comment saying they were “disappointed I would complain publicly.” Is that how you treat your customers anytime they express feedback? Is only positive feedback considered?
