    I especially loved Caitlan’s older episodes on friendships, love and marriage 🫂 they helped me reflect on my own relational needs as I navigate the turbulences of my own connections to other - in the midst of my 30’s no less! I had personally told Caitlan that her voice is calm and angelic, and it shines through as she speaks her truth.
