Brad is an excellent host and interviewer whose passion for all things running and personal development radiates through your speaker/earbuds in this podcast. Brad shares his personal experience training and racing as well as those of his guests. One thing that I love about this podcast is that he keeps it real and shares lowlights as well the highlights which brings a truly authentic element to this podcast.
