Kevin’s Resilient Humans podcast is the opposite of online ‘junk food’. It’s like a nourishing bowl of soup packed full of veggies and protein that just lifts you up, supports a positive and resilient mindset, and makes you a better human overall. I love listening to this podcast, and I’m always left with something to think about or take action on in my own life.
