noom is a scam. their app is terrible, and it's based on very faulty "research." I did the "get fit" option because I don't have no problem with my weight. but all it wanted me to do is restrict calories. and their recipe and exercise guides are just PDFs. they don't integrate on the app!!! bTW, those two little PDFs will cost you $49.95 🤯
