人權白話文人權極為重要，但同時也非常抽象，其在不同國家、文化之中可能會有各自的實踐狀況。尤其在許多國家已經有自己的憲法、針對不同族群保護的法律之後，這些法制是否能夠與各個公約相容，就會成為人權實踐必須面對的問題。 回到台灣的狀況，我們將許多公約國內法化並定期進行審查，在這個過程中政府與國內的非政府組織，國際的組織與國際審查委員，甚至是民意的互動，都是在學習這些公約的價值，並檢視國家是否與時俱進，符合人權保障的框架。 究竟人權在臺灣，與文化的多樣性應該如何互動？又如何能夠做到在地實踐呢？ 未來人權白話文會透過與公約相關的社群貼文、Podcast 節目，以國際上重要的十個人權公約為主題，進行既有趣又有深度的討論！ Powered by Firstory Hosting
