Two academics have a shot at describing the eras and significant moments in modern German history in a non-academic way. It works well. Dr Chris has a rather prosaic, formal way of speaking but Katja’s lively, more natural style compensates for that. This is a history that full of ‘touchy subjects’ and it is refreshing to hear them discussed in such a down-to-earth and engaging way.
