I have been listening to the podcasts on my walks, which is supposedly to help my arthritic knee. I am exploring alternative measures as the orthopaedic surgeon said my condition is not bad enough, as I am wakened each night in excruciating pain. Yesterday I listened to the last two while I was taping and washing walls. I am really enjoying them because I am learning. The pharmacist and nurse practitioner compliment each other.
