Podcast overall good, but don’t type furiously on your laptop when podcasting!! It’s really annoying and distracting

  • Glad We Didn’t Push the Extracted Button

Eeek! I’m so glad Chappel & Mary will continue with weekly recaps of Extracted. They’re a favorite duo of mine that I never expected to work together on a project. I love Mary’s survival/outdoors knowledge and how well it’s complimented by Chappell’s honesty towards survival fears & how those of us on the couch would actually fare in the Canadian wilderness.

While I love many more of RHAP’s coverage, I wanted to make sure to send love to the revival of Extracted coverage.

Brandon Donlon Shows His Ass – Proverbially | Pod Friends
Q: What are the biggest lessons you've learned from Survivor that you've applied to life and work after the show?
The importance of adaptability, resilience, and building authentic connections with a community; embracing fear of failure, preparing for opportunities, and using the platform to uplift others rather than letting it define you.
Survivor AU: Redemption Caleb Beeby Deep Dive
Q: How did you manage the emotional weight of blindsiding someone you trusted, like Mark, and still present your case at final tribal council?
It was incredibly hard; I recognized the need to own the move and explain it honestly to the jury, highlighting how the game demanded hard choices and that I remained true to my strategic aims while maintaining respect for the bonds I'd built.
Survivor AU: Redemption Caleb Beeby Deep Dive
Q: Can you walk us through the decision to target Mark vs. Johnson and how the double-agent plan evolved?
I kept my options fluid, feeding information to both sides to avoid tipping my hand; as the window opened, I leaned into the underdog strategy and used that energy to drive moves that would keep me safe while accelerating others' downfalls.
Survivor AU: Redemption Keeley Jenkinson Deep Dive
Q: What was going through your head during the infamous fake idol play?
Keeley details the decision to give Brooke the fake idol while keeping her real idol, orchestrating a high-stakes bluff that culminated in a dramatic vote and showcased her nerve under pressure.
Survivor AU: Redemption Keeley Jenkinson Deep Dive
Q: How did the Redemption Beach twist influence your strategy?
Keeley explains she treated Redemption Beach as a chance to recalibrate alliances, cultivate new relationships with Rich and Lindell, and plan contingencies for how to maneuver through the merged game.
