  • Hooked

I had never listened to a podcast before so I went on a mission to find something easy to listen to. I found a few that were okay, but I just didn’t like the style. I stumbled across Real Hauntings Podcast and gave it a go. I was hooked after the first episode. The stories being told by the actual person that has had the experience makes it perfect. I stared a few episodes in and I binge on it daily now.

  • worst ads ever

Honestly, just writing a review to ask you guys to PLEASE do a different ad. The one where the guy is talking, "i've been warned not to share this story" is so LAME! It sounds so much like edgelord incel talking that it has turned me off from listening.

  • Just Not Good

I was led to this podcast by an ad on another show. I tried a few episodes and this is what I’ve heard.

Soooooo many ads. Ads in the front and back, as well as MIDSENTENCE during the interview.

The interviewers ask some good questions to establish background and are adept at letting people talk. But they didn’t guide their guests to actually *tell* their stories, or ask probative questions to get details or expand on points of interest. They ended with softball closers like ‘tell me what you thi... more
