Had to review as soon as I saw there are only 32 episodes out, I want the host to know how much I enjoy it and to please keep going. It’s simple and straight forward: guests describe their paranormal experience in their own words. And that simple premise ends up being great.
I really like the stories that they have people tell. The Halloween episode was kind of cringe. The hosts were really judgmental . You have never been to the Midwest…it is Reeeesees. Also, you mention boomers playing video games and how they couldn’t possible know how? If you don’t watch horror movies don’t act like it isn’t something most people like. Good stories, lovely host and a cool theme song. All around A plus podcast.
I’ve enjoyed discovering this podcast but when there’s a guest that uses the word “like,” every other word, it definitely takes away from the story. Their tales would be far more compelling if they learned that an entire conversation can take place without the use of “like.”
You know a pod is really good when the format and storytelling consistently transcend the medium. Kudos to Kassie and co. for the curation of compelling ghost stories and the amazing guests who tell them. This could be re-formatted for TV, like LORE, and be successful.
