2026年3月，美國新創公司 Eon System 發布了一段畫質很爛的影片——一隻果蠅在虛擬世界裡跑來跑去、舔香蕉、抖腳理毛。看起來平淡無奇，卻引爆了整個科學圈。因為這隻果蠅不是寫好規則的 NPC，而是擁有「真正大腦」的數位生命。
科學家把一隻果蠅的大腦切成薄片，用電子顯微鏡逐層掃描，重建出 14 萬顆神經元、5400 萬個突觸連結的完整腦神經網路（connectome），再把這張「線路圖」放進電腦模擬——這隻果蠅就這樣在虛擬世界裡動了起來。
