After listening to a few episodes I love all the different ways our health is discussed
Dr. Scott Iardella, host of the Rdella Training: Strength & Performance podcast, highlights all aspects of strength training and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!
My boyfriend is a personal trainer and on every road trip we take we listen to Pat Flynn’s Chronicles of Strength podcasts. We love it when Dan John is a guest. I didn’t think I’d be down to listening to several hours of exercise podcasts but I was wrong. The episodes are incredibly enlightening on so many levels — from exercise theory to big, deep philosophical questions. Thank you for the time and effort it takes to craft these podcasts.
I find the content of the podcasts interesting however I am not a big fan of the style of the host. He uses too much superlatives and other small annoyances.
This guy has decades of experience and advanced knowledge on the body and S&C. Even with his knowledge he is extremely humble.
He invites some legendary guests on and let’s them talk and asks great really great questions that are helpful for a trainer, coach, or clinician. I’m a Sports chiropractor and always come back to his podcast to reinforce some great nuggets of wisdom found in my favorite episodes.
Shame he isn’t as popular as some gurus who know how to market themselves as experts.
