I think you hit the nail on the head- it is important to visualize what we want a healthy co-parenting relationship to look like, that protects our own peace, our childrenās peace and the other parent. It will not look the same for everyone, and what you visualize might be far from where things are currently, but nothing will change unless we actively move towards building a better co-parenting relationship.
