We're joined by David Grigg to discuss "My Son John," from November 1948.
We discuss "Short Order," from Suspense, originally broadcast August 18, 1945, three days after Japanese Emperor Hirihoto announced the Japanese surrender in World War Two.
Matt's audio sucks recording two days before moving across country without any gear, but otherwise we're back at it. From November of 1948, it's "One For the Book."

These guys are occasionally insightful, but sometimes they miss completely obvious plot points. On the Inquest episode, they keep referring to the main character's sister as his wife. The whole first part of the show is about how he and his sister got their inheritance.
In the Rain on New Years Eve episode, no one mentions the face that the movie monster he is describing is from either The Mask of the Red Death or the King in Yellow.

Great find! I’m so glad someone is doing all the Quiet Please episodes in order. The discussion of the shows afterwards is insightful and fun as well.
