雖然法律規定 18 歲是一條成年線。
但沒有哪個人會一夜醒來，突然長成「大人」。其實大部分的身分轉換都是這樣。想成為作家、廚師、運動員……等等，到底從哪一刻開始，那個身分才屬於我？其實都很模糊。
我們有很多不同的身分，而大部分身分的獲得，都不像毛毛蟲變態一樣，在某一刻破繭而出，從此脫胎換骨。
通常，我們不過是朝著某個方向持續前行，走得夠遠，好像就漸漸有那個樣子了。
這也代表，成長像是一場前往異國的旅途，你會持續不斷地遭遇陌生事物。

延後成年是許多已開發國家的社會現象。前幾天我還看到有人戲稱自己不過是400個月大的寶寶而已。
在學歷墊高的社會，研究所甚至博士讀完，28到30歲才出社會一點都不少見。要說三十歲是新的成年真的不是開玩笑，而剛出社會的年輕人，從學校系統轉換到職場系統，難免會有一陣迷茫。

讓我們一起來調整一下用詞，不要用「低級」。我們用「初級」大人吧，初級聽起來比較有希望，而且有一種只要努力一下就能升級的感覺。
其實，教育系統並沒有教我們怎麼成為「大人」。學校的教育大部分都是著重在記憶、推演功能的練習。但成人世界遠比考題複雜。
