As title, 各種接踵而來的事情讓我的2月過得特別漫長，每週一更 podcast 的原則在僅僅出兩集後就被無情打破QQ 但這就是人生，計劃趕不上變化，在充滿變動的現在更是如此。
最近不曉得在哪裡有聽到這句：「考驗使人成長」。如果是過去的我，會覺得只是個心靈雞湯，一直掛在嘴上是種脆弱的表現。不過現在的我卻聽得很有感，甚至幫我在經歷低潮時轉念，在陷入負面泥沼後還能爬出來。其實承認自己就是脆弱也沒什麼大不了，補點心靈雞湯能幫助自己變堅強點，沒什麼是不可以的

其實在整理這集的內容前，我已經對去年失憶一大半，以為5分鐘就可以回顧完我的 2022，沒想到翻完行事曆、相簿、FB/IG 後，竟然比想像中的還有料😂
錄完這集後就有一個體悟，就是我真希望能早點開始做這件事情，無論過去的一年過得如何。
把重要的生活軌跡記錄下來，或許就能更認識自己，甚至為人生的下一步做出更適合的選擇。 加上我這麼健忘，搞不好以後老了就會失智，至少還能聽聽過去做的年度回顧，喚回一些記憶也說不定😆
