個人覺得有關育嬰假的問題，立法院應該比照雇用身障人士的方法：對於公司內沒有固定比例人數請育嬰假的公司，收取額外的稅費；對於有超出比例的給予稅收減免。
這樣才能有效的增加國家生育率的數字吧⋯⋯(好政見不抄嗎？)
