Public Health is Dead is an award-winning public health advocacy show. It's a forward-thinking autopsy on how we've f*cked up in public health. How do we prepare for future pandemics while we're already in the thick of one? And how do we reinvent systems that place some of us closer to death? Through examining our past successes and failures, often through the lens of COVID, we plot a route out of... more

This is a piece from the "pandemic-is-over-bro-just-trust-us" hall of fame. Daniella & MJ (host of "Everything is Public Health") deconstruct TIME magazine's "The COVID-19 Pandemic Will Be Over When Americans Think It Is" from January 2023. This one ... more
Public health has been used as a tool of empire for centuries. Keeping settlers healthy enough to maintain colonial control over land, resources, and capital is a part of public health’s history. It’s also part of its present.

Wonderful podcast outlining some of the many shortcomings of the public health system. The host does a great job explaining things in a way that is both informative for covid-conscious/airborne-aware people and welcoming to people who are just learning about these sorts of topics. While it is not the highest quality in terms of actual production, the information it shares is a crucial listen.
This woman is the classic definition of a lunatic leftist. This was vintage woke nonsense poorly disguised as a commentary on public health.
As someone that has been following studies and the evolving scientific research in Covid and now other infectious virus (airborne transmission), I appreciate this show and what it is willing to discuss.
This podcast is putting out solid episodes with equally solid citations; Daniella is a fantastic narrator, and I hope that they start putting out more frequent episodes (though I am keeping in mind it’s an indie pod). kudos to everyone involved in this production.
So glad I found this podcast. It's such a great resource and a comfort knowing you are all out there.
