  • Changed my life

I don’t leave reviews, but his views are always refreshing. “If being healthy is corny, then be corny!” He doesn’t spout out things that aren’t backed by science, and if he does, it’s prefaced with “I’m wrong or I’m biased” or something along the lines. • Good stuff

I’m a regular listener and a big fan. Can’t recommend enough!!Hoping Kirk will finish that book on grief he has been writing. Reminds me of this family guy bit there Stevie is mocking Brian “how you are doing with that novel, that novel you have been writing for 3 years. Got a compelling protagonist? Got an obstacle for him to overcome? Yeah? Working on it for quite some time. Some friends become enemies, some enemies become friends. You deserve some time off”.
