I don’t leave reviews, but his views are always refreshing. “If being healthy is corny, then be corny!” He doesn’t spout out things that aren’t backed by science, and if he does, it’s prefaced with “I’m wrong or I’m biased” or something along the lines. One of the only podcasters I can trust. He seems to care deeply about each of his followers, and some of his episodes and views helped bring me out of a huge rut and helped change my view in a much more positive way. He makes a lot more differen... more
Love the podcast, but Better Help is Isreali influenced/owned and literally offered free counseling to the genocidal IDF. Hopefully Kirk drops this sponsor
Ok, yet another podcast sponsored by the scammers betterhelp... On a psychology podcast as well... Fuck off
I’m a regular listener and a big fan. Can’t recommend enough!!Hoping Kirk will finish that book on grief he has been writing. Reminds me of this family guy bit there Stevie is mocking Brian “how you are doing with that novel, that novel you have been writing for 3 years. Got a compelling protagonist? Got an obstacle for him to overcome? Yeah? Working on it for quite some time. Some friends become enemies, some enemies become friends. You deserve some time off”.
I’ve been consuming Kirk’s podcast and YouTube content for the past two years, and it has honestly made me a more empathetic and self-aware person. I love the thought, research, and detail that goes into everything he does. His friends are great, too. I listen to Bob episodes as I fall asleep (he has such a soothing presence). You all make the world a better place!
