Die Folge vom 9.4.22 über EMDR ist für mich sehr sehr hilfreich gewesen. Ich werde ab sofort -wie in der Studie- 13 Wochen lang, jeden Tag ca. 10 Minuten mittels Augenbewegungen und „Töne-wandern“ meine psychischen Belastungen „bearbeiten“. Danke lieber Eskil für diese tolle Podcast-Folge und diese Information. Danke auch für das Einspielen der „Wander-Töne“!!! Ich liebe diese Töne, sie sind wunderbar… und sie helfen mir auch noch!
Ich kann das Ausprobieren von EMDR jedem/jeder sehr empfehlen. more

Ausführlich recherchierte und somit fundierte Informationen. Laiengerecht aufgearbeitet mit schönen Beispielen. Wissenschaftliche Studien, oft auch Meta-Analysen gut erklärt und zwar so, dass man trotzdem auch eigene Schlussfolgerungen ziehen und sich eine eigene Meinung bilden kann.
Ich studiere selbst Psychologie und wünschte, ich hätte den Podcast schon früher entdeckt.
