I love this show, the first season or now the zero”st” season is where I started and it was a great campaign. After the dissolution of PRT I was scared to move on to season 2/1 but I did and I can’t express how much I love this show. It was even better than the first. Its inspired my campaigns I’ve done and I feel like I’m watching a tv series instead of listening to a tabletop rpg. I can’t express how much I love it, I almost feel like I’m apart of a fandom for a show, great, love it.
This podcast is excellent. Both the GM and players are consistently smart and creative, there’s enough humor to keep it entertaining, but the setting and the supernatural stuff are what really set this podcast apart. I’ve listened to and read innumerable Weird stories set in the early twentieth century or within the last forty years and mostly all set in north america or western europe, so Slavic folklore plus Lovecraftian threats in the U.S.S.R. in the late 60’s is so refreshing.
