Appreciate this show and the work that Mike and Chris and their entire team bring to the public. It’s honest work. Of high integrity. Great blend of football knowledge, industry related issues, work place and legal issues, humor, humanity, and fun. Societal issues are handled with care. Love that Chris is an environmentalist, Mike is Italian!, and they are both choosing to speak about the topics of day that affect all people, not just football fans. My dream team! Thanks all!
At best the NFL takes are forgettable. At worst they insist on giving political speeches. Both have raging cases of TDS, hard pass. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Listening to Mike ruminate on Steve Colbert’s last show made me wonder if he was… weird. Truly Colbert was late night therapy for libs and Mike needed a hug
But now Mike and Chris have a new enemy- Jaxson Dart. And you can guess the reason
I know it’s Mikes show but geeze, how many times do libs have to get sports shows to talk politics since no wants to watch them do it on the regular news?
I was introduced to Simms through Stugotz and God Bless Football, and Florio through PFF with Simms, and then Florio with Pablo Torre…these guys just kept popping into my listening orbit. So it was natural that PFT became a daily listen for me.
I’ve been listening for a long while and enjoy the show and seeing Florio and Simms on Sunday night football.
However the show has changed not in a good way. Simms is out of control. Guess he didn’t learn his lesson when he was let go from Sunday night football after shooting off his mouth. Last week was horrible listening to these two. I listen to your podcast to hear and learn what’s going on with the NFL. I don’t want any politics mixed in, I don’t care who you like or don’t like in poli... more

A fast-talking, punchy show that covers the biggest NFL stories with candor and wit. Across recent episodes, hosts dissect schedule releases, primetime matchups, player movements, and off-field business of the league, often tying in media rights, streaming shifts, and global expansion. The format is conversational, data-driven when possible, and laced with personal travel anecdotes and industry gossip, making it a go-to for listeners who want blunt analysis and real-world implications for teams, players, and media partners. A standout is the long-running emphasis on franchise-level strategy and the business side of football, not just on-field Xs and Os.
Expect thorough breakdowns of schedules, league-wide trends, and the quarterback market... more
