Excellent podcast…wish I had found them earlier. Real, funny and I’ve learned so much about baking. Preheated has made me look forward to hopping in the car with my best baking buds for my commute every day! I can’t wait for Monday to arrive when I can hear the next episode. I bake for fun but these ladies inspire me to bake better. I am glad they are human and not every recipe comes out perfect. I love the tips that they offer and I love to bake along with them even if it is a few weeks later. Their friendship and laughter is endearing. I listened in my car when I would go to work. After I was furloughed I would invent someplace to drive to so I could listen uninterrupted!

These two bakers are the real deal. Their themes are diverse, and the baked goods they test out are varied and interesting. They also mention sources for recipes and information, so it’s clear they do research to back up their information. I can’t bake as much as I like being a Type 1 diabetic, so I make up for it by learning about baking. This podcast ticks all the boxes.
