I love Pratchett books and love listening to chat about the books. I’ve tried a few similar podcasts and Pratchat is the one I keep coming back to. A pleasure to listen, a reminder to go back to books I’ve loved and an encouragement to try new ones. Thanks Ben and Liz.
Pratchett changed my life when I was reading his books for the first time, and Pratchat is kind enough to bring all those good feelings back to me. Just fantastic discussions, a good, normally calm flow and guests with a great range of both life experiences and takes on Pratchett. Thank you Ben and Liz.
But I’m happily proven wrong!! more
This is my favourite podcast, I hang out for it each month. Ben and Liz have a delightful report that is very engaging, it makes me feel I am part of the conversation - there is a real community feel around the podcast. Each episode discusses one of Terry Pratchett's books in a funny and thoughtful way. There is a different guest for each episode, they are all lovely and fit in right away. If you like Pratchett's writing you will love this podcast, if not you will probably still like it just for... more
Listening to Pratchat has been an absolute delight! As a fairly new fan to Terry Pratchett's books, it has been a privalege and joy, after my first readthrough of each book, to check out the associated episode and feel like I'm hanging out with fellow Pratchett-lovers. In addition to the highly-entertaining content, I also have been appreciating the clear audio quality and sweet theme music. Keep up the awesome work, Liz & Ben!
