  • Leider oft etwas zäh

    Die beiden Mädels sind sympathisch und ich finde es großartig dass es einen Podcast über Ayurveda gibt und die beiden die Prinzipien einfach und verständlich erklären. Leider habe ich fast jedes Mal das Gefühl dass es eeeewig dauert bis die beiden zum Punkt kommen. Ich habe dadurch leider etwas die Lust am Podcast verloren weil die ersten 20 min oft mit viel Wind, Werbung und Phrasen verbracht werden und gefühlt erst in den letzten 5 Minuten handfeste Tipps weitergegeben werden.
