Q: How do you ensure that team agreements actually change behavior over time?
We convert each we-statement into an I-statement, conduct monthly confirmation practices, and require individuals to set an action plan and share it publicly on a team channel to create accountability and visibility.
What happens to Team Agreements when new team members join? Michelle Livesley explains.
Q: What happens when you have an influx of new team members and existing agreements in place?
We start by interviewing the new recruits with their one-page profiles, then map their history to identify what needs to be included in the team agreements, and finally adapt the existing agreements so they reflect both new and old members' values and experiences.
Psychological Safety as a Feeling with Dr Amanda Potter
