No new information. This seems like a plug for the author’s startup wrapped in a vocal summarization of what’s happing but no new insights added. Example - Title and content of podcasts didn’t match. Title talks about “strategy behind perplexity’s chrome offer”, content doesn’t have any insights on what the strategy is
The content within this podcast is informative, relatable, and shared in a conversational manner. I learn something with every episode. The release schedule, however, is unexpected; episodes drop in groups. No episodes for a month, and then 5 episodes in 2 days. The episodes clearly were recorded weeks ago, but the content assumes you’re listening day of. I’d award that fifth star if the episodes dropped on a more consistent timetable.
The speaker is super friendly and presents information informally but is strong in presentation.
I started listening to his podcast because I was looking for a podcast that gave implications and "practical" applications of AI for the individual user. I'm currently listening to one of the episodes, and the entire time I've been writing this review, I've only heard mention of rounds of funding for platforms and models.
