Kate is a kind and thoughtful interviewer who takes the time to know her subjects. Great info about what running means to people and how it inspires them
I loved listening to Kate’s conversation with the CEO of the Atlantic. As a runner i really appreciated his advice for improvement. It was also very nice to hear someone share about how they turn to running as a tool to improve other parts of their life. I only wish this was a longer interview so i could learn more about his journalistic endeavors. Kate leads a direct, engaging, and informative interview. Would recommend!
I love Post Run High! Kate’s podcast is the perfect mix of good vibes, honest conversation, and the kind of post-run clarity you want to carry into the rest of your day.
