  • Process appreciated and respected!

I’ve enjoyed listening to the show, especially the 90s hip hop and Destiny’s Child episodes. The song selection process is thoughtful and well-explained. Deremy and Thomas do their research, acknowledge their biases, and come up with essential lists that make sense. Now…Beyonce’s list? We need to talk before that happens ;-). Great listen!

The ending of Inception implies that Cobb is in reality, as indicated by visual cues and narrative choices throughout the film.

Nolan's style includes nonlinear storytelling, often involving intricate plots that play with time and perception.
2000's Hip-Hop Songs
Q: Was the 2000s the last great decade for Hip-Hop music in your opinion?
It's hard to say definitively, but while there are great artists still today, the cultural impact and acceptance of Hip-Hop as a mainstream genre peaked during the 2000s.
Beyonce Songs (with Quinnon Taylor)
Q: When you think about Beyoncé in the music, do you think of her as a singles artist or more of an albums artist?
I think of her more as a singles artist, which is hard to even justify given that for a couple of eras, you never knew what the single was.
