By far the best story teller I’ve ever heard
Cool calm and different
My family and I had the fortunate pleasure of taking a walking tour through the city of Charleston with Mike Brown, and I’m so glad we did because I discovered this podcast through that tour! Mike’s research and storytelling are spot on! His style and genre appealed both to history buffs and followers of the macabre. If you like either, you’re in for a treat!
I’m so glad you’re back!!! The way you tell these stories is incredible. Love your content and you you blend everything together. I was worried you weren’t making episodes anymore…
Whenever I listen to one of Mike Brown s stories I fell like I ve been on an incredible journey through the past— through alley ways and along the shore, down a cobble stone street in the moonlight — all the while filling my senses with both the humanity of the time and those from the other side. A great weaver of historical tales.
