    I know Phil and have heard him live. I have read his books. As a Church leader I have listened and recognised that this man has a vision and perspective that every church leader can benefit from. He is amazing and when he talks about things like Knowing your Niche, my advice is to listen . This guys knows his stuff and I have benefitted hugely from his wisdom, cheers Phil.
