Thank you Bec for creating this space for so many women to share their stories and also for practitioners to have an insight into the depths of the perinatal journey. You are helping so many women knowing they are not alone in this ❤️
What an important podcast and what a lovely, healing, warm tone it uses to get its message across, and create space for the lovely mums it centres. As the intro says, “know that you’re not alone”. Essential listening for those who are thinking of having kids, have kids, or know and love new parents.
This podcast is exactly what I needed to hear as a new mum and as a now mum of two. Real mums being real about the realities of motherhood. A true community.
Particularly loved the Lisa episode, so interesting, thoughtful and important!
