I love getting safe canning tips! I have learned so much
This is a great podcast but this season the audio is very bad. One person is loud, the other is hard to hear and the audio skips. I recall the hosts explaining their difficulties with recording due to their remote locations so I’m sympathetic but it’s really hard to listen to this season.
Early episodes were awesome. The audio on the more recent episodes is horrible. There are snaps and pops. If you are listening with ear buds, watch out. It sounds like they’ve called one another on their cell phones and recorded it.
I am not a novice canner and this episode says things are an absolute. Not true. I have never had potatoes boil ‘for hours’. The directions were incomplete and hurried. Either explain all or none. Don’t say not to do something unless you explain why not. Seriously lacking content. Audio is bad
I love this podcast. They are both experts and offer trusted advice. I love that I can listen in and not worry about politics or anything else, just take in good useful information.
