  • Ostensibly a sports podcast

But can’t stop mentioning politics. Gas shortages, massive unemployment, supply shortages and the highest ever lumber prices and Silver couldn’t be happier. America is going down the drain and this elite is oblivious to what regular Americans have to deal with.

  • Rude

Can’t stand listening or watching Silver talk. Commented on Instagram about him loving Hue Jackson and he blocked me. He is toxic , rude and not objective. Don’t know why NFL network has him on and why he even does a podcast.

  • Call Silver “The Highwayman…”

As any sentient NFL fan knows, Mike Silver’s been doing it, and doing it well for decades. In his work he asks the right questions, when so many other sports journalists do not or are clueless. He understandably takes pride in his work and he doesn’t soft-pedal his analysis. Even though I happen to disagree with Silver’s analysis of the 49ers decision-making in selecting Trey Lance in Round 1 of the NFL draft in this specific episode, I still found this cast interesting and, dare I say it, enter... more

  • Some “insider”....

If you want to listen to a guy who thinks he’s a lot cooler and more important than he really is, then Mike Silver is your guy. Based off how he talks about himself, you’d think he was Schefter on steroids. Guy repeatedly says he’s a “G”, but is as tough as Charmin. If he doesn’t agree with you he’ll just block you. Don’t give this nerd any attention

  • Thumbs down for Silver

Mike Silver is a toxic, rude, arrogant personality with thin skin. He's bad at his job and spends most of his time arguing with and attacking anyone on social media who disagrees with him. I suspect his unpleasantness stems from feeling insecure about how frequently he's flat out wrong in the bogus stories he tries to run. It's embarrassing to watch.
