I’ve listened to thousands of hours of podcasts. Never had someone yawn constantly.
One thing I find extremely helpful about this podcast is how Charlie explains which gear works best for specific situations—and also how that same gear can be useful in everyday life. That’s not something I’ve heard from others or even considered myself! He does an amazing job of connecting real-life experiences to practical gear that actually helps, rather than just trying to sell you on eight different types of diesel heaters. Definitely recommend!
This is a really good and informative podcast, dude gets to the point and no annoying freaking commercials! Found him through New Found Overland podcast, that’s good dude too! He covers a lot of topics and seems to now what he’s talking about.
Been listening on Apple Podcasts for a few weeks and always look forward to what Charlie has to say. It’s nice to NOT have hear commercials by irrelevant companies that buy their way onto a show; he talks up the manufacturers he loves based on his experience with them rather than promoting brands for the sake of monetary gain.
