  • Great show!

Thanks so much for making this show, I sail in the Sf bay and the local episodes are fun and informative, and I like your technical ones too!

One nitpick is that the volume on your show seems to be consistently below the volume of the other shows I listen to, and also is inconsistent, such that the lowest volume shows can actually be hard to listen to in anything but a quiet environment.

    Other than that, it’s perfect!

  • Every episode has a take away

While many of us don’t aspire to circumnavigate, hearing others’ stories about dealing with adversities and marine-based adventures is inspiring (and educational). So many tidbits I hope I never have to use (e.g., if you have to abandon ship, grab your shoes) and so many helpful piece of advice. Great listen!

  • Thoughtfull and well planned

Ben has done great job creating an engaging podcast. Topics and guests are wide ranging and his interviews are well planned to create a good flow. His question lines, delivery, and exchange with the guests make you feel like you’re in the conversation and not simply listening to an interview. Highly recommend!
