前半に引き続きコミニケーションの取り方について。コミュニケーションが苦手だと、自分はうまく話せていないと思いがち。でも実際は、思うほど周りは気にしていないし、話し方の丁寧さや聞く姿勢が好印象につながっていることもある。
話すのが得意じゃないなら、無理に話し上手を目指す必要はない。まずは相手の話をしっかり聞くことも立派なコミュニケーション。大事なのは、自分が話すタイプなのか聞くタイプなのかを知ること。何もないところから会話を生み出せる人はレアキャラ。そこを基準にしなくてもいい。
