Grundsätzlich finde ich das Format gut. Vieles mache ich eh schon, aber es sind gute neue Aspekte/Sichtweisen dabei.
ich würde mir wünschen, dass beim „Vortragen“ weniger „entschuldigende kleine Lacher“ dabei wären. Wenn man Expertise auf dem Gebiet hat (und das ist hier ja der Fall) kann man das auch freundlich straight ohne Abschwächung darstellen.

Ein Thema was mich schon lange im Unterbewusstsein stresste.. bzw. vorallem seit ich Mama bin und wir in einem Haus leben. Ich hatte das Geühl, dass ich nie hinterher komme.
