I'm not usually a podcast sorta gal but this is actually something I look forward to tuning into every time a new epsiode comes out. it's so interesting and *useful* to hear what fellow yogis (both students and teachers) have to say, and to know that there is a very real and very much growing community of spiritual aspirants here in the north ;)
